– Oversee and support a team of dedicated staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. – Ensure compliance with shelter policies, procedures, and regulations.
– Coordinate with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. – Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.

**Qualifications:**
– RVT, LVT, or CVT certification required.
