Dr. Randy F. Pinkleton, DVM
Founder
Dr. Pinkleton is VetNetAmerica’s founder. He has owned multiple veterinary hospitals, all of which have been highly successful. In addition, he has consulted for numerous private hospitals and worked with several veterinary corporations. As Group Vice President for Veterinary Centers of America, Dr. Pinkleton was responsible for 77 hospitals with approximately $75 million in revenues. Dr. Pinkleton is a member and past President of the Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine and past President of the Southern Veterinary Medical Federation.
Pamela Harris, BA, JD
National Recruiter
Pamela received her degree in Sociology from The University of Virginia and her Juris Doctor from The University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law. Pamela has worked with VetNetAmerica in the Employment Services Division since 2001. For eight years, she served as a Senior Adjudication Analyst with the Virginia Department of Health Professions where she presented disciplinary cases before the Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine. Pamela enjoys jazz, reading, tennis and golf.
Rebecca Lakie, LVT, BS
National Recruiter
Rebecca has worked with VetNetAmerica in the Employment Services Division since 2000. Rebecca has worked in the veterinary profession since 1985. She received her degree in Veterinary Technology from Macomb Community College in Michigan and practiced as a Licensed Veterinary Technician for many years. Rebecca has also served as a Hospital Administrator for both small and large hospitals, and as a District Manager for a Veterinary Medical Group. Rebecca is a former president of the Virginia Association of Licensed Veterinary Technicians and has served as a Board member of the Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Professional Regulation – only the second Licensed Technician in Virginia history to be so honored. Rebecca’s hobbies are horseback riding, tennis, music and traveling. Rebecca is a dedicated pet owner with a zoo of critters.
Tina Bass
Office Administrator/Controller
Tina is the newest member of the VetNetAmerica team. She brings with her seventeen years of experience in business administration. In addition to overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, Tina supports the work of our National Recruiters, Rebecca Lakie and Pamela Harris. Tina’s spare time is spent enjoying the frolics of her two small (and very active) children.
