🌟 Your Purpose
As General Manager, you’ll serve as the hospital’s steady, unifying presence — balancing business acumen with emotional intelligence. You’ll guide operational excellence, nurture a high-performing team, and foster a culture of trust and purpose across departments.
You’ll focus on:
- Strategic and Operational Leadership: Lead business planning, budgeting, and daily operations with clarity and integrity.
- Team Development & Culture: Coach, mentor, and empower teams to grow, communicate effectively, and deliver exceptional patient and client experiences.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee revenue growth, labor management, and cost controls while identifying new opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Client & Patient Care Excellence: Partner with the Medical Director and Department Leads to ensure best practices, compliance, and service excellence.
- Performance & Process: Develop and refine KPIs, SOPs, and systems that support a structured, scalable, and resilient organization.

🧩 Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA, CVPM, CPA an asset).
- 10+ years of management experience with operational, financial, and people leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience building teams, managing budgets, and implementing systems in a healthcare or veterinary environment (ER/referral experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR practices, business strategy, and client service excellence.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A leadership style grounded in humility, professionalism, and authenticity.
