You’ll focus on:

  • Strategic and Operational Leadership: Lead business planning, budgeting, and daily operations with clarity and integrity.
  • Team Development & Culture: Coach, mentor, and empower teams to grow, communicate effectively, and deliver exceptional patient and client experiences.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee revenue growth, labor management, and cost controls while identifying new opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
  • Client & Patient Care Excellence: Partner with the Medical Director and Department Leads to ensure best practices, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Performance & Process: Develop and refine KPIs, SOPs, and systems that support a structured, scalable, and resilient organization.

🧠 Your Leadership DNA

You are:

  • A steady, emotionally intelligent leader who thrives under pressure and brings calm, clarity, and fairness to complex situations.
  • A strategic thinker who balances vision with actionable plans.
  • A collaborative communicator skilled at navigating strong personalities while inspiring trust and accountability.
  • A culture builder who celebrates teamwork, integrity, and shared success.
  • A data-informed decision-maker who turns insight into meaningful improvement.

In short: you lead with both head and heart.

🧩 Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA, CVPM, CPA an asset).
  • 10+ years of management experience with operational, financial, and people leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience building teams, managing budgets, and implementing systems in a healthcare or veterinary environment (ER/referral experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, business strategy, and client service excellence.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A leadership style grounded in humility, professionalism, and authenticity.
