The Medical Director Role
As Medical Director, you’ll:

- Mentor and support veterinarians, technicians, and client care staff.
- Partner with hospital management to drive operational success and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a fulfilling clinical caseload, focusing on quality medicine and individualized care.
- Represent the hospital in our partnerships with local rescue and community organizations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000–$170,000 with high earning potential
- Sign-On & Relocation Bonuses: Up to $100,000
