Animal Care in VA (30 min from the beach/Virginia Beach) seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our veterinary family! We are a team of 3 full-time and 2 part-time Veterinarians and 5 Licensed Veterinary Technicians eager to welcome an enthusiastic Associate who is passionate about internal medicine and surgery. Interest in ultrasound, acupuncture, rehab or exotics would be encouraged. We offer a four day work week (9-5) with no after hours emergencies to allow for a good work life balance. 2 ½ staff/doctor ratio. 20-30 min appointments. Highly leveraged staff that allows for doctors to actively delegate State of the art facility with five exam rooms, large surgical suite, dedicated dental suite, digital and dental xray, ultrasound, laser therapy., new surgical laser, in house blood machines and much more! 18 computer work stations throughout the hospital. More complex medicine and surgery cases as well as a good mix of preventive care cases. Attractive base salary. Benefits include health, 401k, CE, dues, vacation time and more.
