– Design and implement SOPs that boost efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain spotless medical records - Client Experience
– Champion client satisfaction: communicate clearly, resolve concerns swiftly, and build lasting relationships - Marketing & Growth
– Partner on marketing campaigns, track industry trends, and identify new service opportunities - Facility & Equipment Oversight
– Keep our clinic clean, safe, and fully equipped—managing maintenance, supplies, and capital upgrades
🎓 Who You Are
- 2–5 years’ experience in veterinary practice management or a related leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Veterinary Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven financial savvy: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Exceptional communicator and people-person: you inspire trust and teamwork
- A master multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-comfortable: experience with practice management software
