Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in small animal medicine
✔️ Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
✔️ Confident clinician who enjoys mentorship and collaboration
✔️ Licensed (or able to become licensed) to practice in Illinois
✔️ Passionate about leadership, team engagement, and client education
