We’re a two-doctor small animal and exotic practice in vibrant Wichita, KS, and we’re ready to welcome a third veterinarian to our close-knit team! Located near the renowned Sedgwick County Zoo, our hospital offers a unique caseload, a collaborative team, and a real work-life balance—with half-days on Saturdays, no Sundays, and no after-hours or on-call responsibilities.
If you’re an experienced DVM with strong communication skills, a passion for exotics, and an interest in leadership, we want to hear from you.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to a variety of patients (including exotics!)
- Perform routine and advanced surgeries and dentistry
- Lead by example with outstanding client communication and education
- Collaborate with and mentor our growing medical team
- Help drive clinic growth and contribute to management alongside the hospital leadership
🩺 Who We’re Looking For
- DVM from an accredited university
- 3+ years of clinical experience required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Skilled in surgery and excited to treat exotic species
- Team-oriented, compassionate, and client-focused
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Kansas
