🧑⚕️ What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and support our technician and assistant team 💪
- Promote a collaborative, communicative, and positive work culture 🤝
- Partner with DVMs and leadership to ensure top-tier patient care 🐶🐱
- Help drive training, uphold protocols, and elevate team performance 🚀
🎯 You Bring:
- A current CA RVT license 📜
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a vet hospital (ER/specialty preferred)
- Leadership or supervisory experience (or a strong desire to grow into it)
- A passion for team-building, mentorship, and exceptional patient care 💖
