Ambulatory Vet Needed: Driven Mixed Animal Practice in Scenic Western WA – Snohomish County – WA210

Do you dream of a veterinary role where no two days are alike, the mountains are always in view, and your patients range from horses to exotics? We’re a thriving privately owned, ambulatory practice based in the lush foothills northeast of Seattle, serving a wide range of communities and species with compassion, skill, and integrity.

We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian (full-time or part-time) who wants to do meaningful, varied work while building lasting client relationships. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about equine and livestock medicine, with interest in expanding into specialty areas or community-based care.

What You’ll Experience:
• A dynamic caseload focused on equines (large & small), livestock, ruminants—and the occasional dog or cat
• Cutting-edge tools and tech: digital radiology, ultrasound, Equine Shockwave Therapy, Smart RLT, Lameness Locator, power dentistry, and chiropractic services
• A fully equipped mobile fleet (three stocked vet trucks) + an on-site barn for overnight care
• Mentorship from experienced DVMs and collaboration with top regional specialists
• A steady client base that values high standards and community trust
• Outreach opportunities including local zoo care, livestock shows, nursing home visits, rescue support, and more

Perks & Possibilities:
• Competitive compensation based on experience
• Medical, dental, and CE coverage
• Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance and international service work (World Vets, NGOs, etc.)
• Support for your business-building ideas—you grow, and you’re rewarded
• Long-term growth potential, including future ownership opportunities
• A truly supportive and ethical practice culture focused on doing what’s right—for animals, people, and the planet

We’d love to meet you if:
• You’re licensed in Washington (or eligible) and have a valid WA driver’s license
• You’re confident (or eager to learn) with equines and open to working with “all creatures great and small”
• You thrive in a small team that values collaboration, quality, and community
• You’re excited about the idea of building something with us—and maybe even leading it one day

Our Motto?
“Saving the planet, one animal at a time.”

New grads welcome—we offer strong mentorship, flexible start dates, and a place where you can truly grow your skills and career.
