💼 Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 $120K–$135K base salary for leadership-track DVM (DOE)
- 💰 $135K–$145K base for experienced Medical Director (DOE)
- 🎯 Annual leadership stipend: $5K–$10K for defined leadership roles
- 🏖 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts), no weekends
