🌟 What You’ll Do:
👩⚕️ Build and Elevate Medical Teams:
- Partner closely with Regional Operations Directors and hospital leaders to cultivate best-in-class veterinary teams.
- Conduct one-on-one doctor mentorship, growth planning, and performance reviews.
- Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top veterinary talent.
- Foster mentorship and leadership growth in every hospital.
📈 Champion Medical Excellence:
- Drive standards in surgical skills, diagnostics, client communication, and compliance.
- Lead collaborative hospital discussions and quarterly DVM reviews.
- Align hospital protocols and medicine inventory with best-in-class care.
- Stay at the top of your game with 30–40 CE hours annually (on us!).
⚙️ Operational Excellence:
- Oversee and improve intern/extern programs.
- Ensure compliance with DEA and veterinary regulations.
- Be a voice at veterinary colleges and professional events.
- Help prioritize equipment investments and scheduling needs.
🎯 Who You Are:
- Licensed DVM in good standing
- Proven leader with multi-site management experience
- Former hospital owner, lead vet, or medical director ready for the next level
- Inspiring communicator with strong coaching and organization skills
- Residing in (or willing to relocate to) Wisconsin, ready to travel between practices with easy access to Madison, Milwaukee, or Green Bay
