Progressive practice with 30 min appts and a 3:1 staff ratio. LVTs on staff. Has Idexx in house lab, CO2 laser, therapeutic laser, ultrasound, digital xray, digital dental xray. Four day work week is full time. One Sat am per month. No ER call. Very collegial environment. Long term staff. Collaborative on cases. Owner likes surgery and performs more complex surgery cases including ACL repairs. If someone has an interest in surgery owner is willing to mentor.
