We’re a two-doctor small animal and exotic practice in vibrant Wichita, KS, and we’re ready to welcome a third veterinarian to our close-knit team! Located near the renowned Sedgwick County Zoo, our hospital offers a unique caseload, a collaborative team, and a real work-life balance—with half-days on Saturdays, no Sundays, and no after-hours or on-call responsibilities.

If you’re an experienced DVM with strong communication skills, a passion for exotics, and an interest in leadership, we want to hear from you.


🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to a variety of patients (including exotics!)
  • Perform routine and advanced surgeries and dentistry
  • Lead by example with outstanding client communication and education
  • Collaborate with and mentor our growing medical team
  • Help drive clinic growth and contribute to management alongside the hospital leadership

🩺 Who We’re Looking For

  • DVM from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of clinical experience required
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Skilled in surgery and excited to treat exotic species
  • Team-oriented, compassionate, and client-focused
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Kansas
