We’re looking for an experienced Emergency Veterinarian ready to take the lead as Chief of Emergency at our privately owned, fast-growing specialty and emergency hospital in Sonoma County, south of Santa Rosa—right in the heart of California’s beautiful wine country.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of ER veterinarians
- Maintain a hands-on clinical presence and model best practices
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development of ER staff
- Collaborate closely with Surgery and Internal Medicine to streamline care and communication
- Manage scheduling, protocol development, and department initiatives
- Help shape hospital-wide strategy and elevate patient care standards
Who You Are:
- A DVM (or equivalent) with 5+ years of ER experience

Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: $250K–$300K, plus monthly leadership stipend
