🩺 Role Responsibilities:
• Confidently perform general surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals, etc.)
• Handle high-volume appointments with efficiency and empathy
• Build trust with pet parents through education and compassion
• Support a team-first environment—share your knowledge and experience
• Work 1-in-3 short Saturdays—and enjoy work-life balance the rest of the week
💼 Qualifications:
• DVM or equivalent (CA license eligible and in good standing)
• 3+ years of clinical experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
• Comfortable with general surgery and fast-paced days
• A calm, confident communicator who thrives in a team setting
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary: $120,000 + ProSal bonus (no negative accrual)
