🩺 What You’ll Do as a Leader
As our Medical Director, you’ll:
- Provide mentorship, medical oversight, and team support
- Help shape and uphold clinical standards and protocols
- Lead by example with empathy, medical excellence, and professionalism
- Partner with hospital leadership to align goals, growth, and culture
- Foster a learning-focused, supportive environment for the entire team
This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who wants to guide, teach, and still practice excellent medicine.
🐶 Our Caseload
We care for companion animals—primarily dogs and cats—and offer:
- Preventive and wellness care
- Internal medicine
- General surgery and dental procedures
- End-of-life care and client counseling
📅 Work-Life Balance
We value your time outside the hospital, too:
- Full-time schedule
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No weekend or overnight shifts required
💼 Compensation & Perks
- $85,000–$180,000/year, negotiable based on experience
