We’re a full-service general and exotic practice located just north of San Diego, and we’re looking for a dedicated, curious, and collaborative Veterinarian to join our close-knit, four-doctor team.

- Separate dog/cat lobbies in development to minimize patient stress
- Attached luxury pet resort offering a full-service experience for pets and pet parents
- One of the only practices in North County seeing exotics — including birds, reptiles, pocket pets, and chickens!
- Designated wildlife drop-off center for Project Wildlife, with close ties to the San Diego Humane Society 🦉🦜
🕒 Your Ideal Schedule
📅 Full-Time Only: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts
- We’re open 7 days a week (7:30 AM – 6:30 PM), and flexibility is key
- Note: We are only considering candidates able to commit to 4 full days per week
- Enjoy full days off to soak in the beach, hike the cliffs, or relax in sunny SoCal 🌴

We’re looking for a veterinarian who is:
- Passionate about pets (from poodles to parakeets!)

- Confident in their skills, but always humble and open to feedback
- Committed to building strong, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
🐶 What You’ll Treat
From labs to lizards, you’ll see a variety of species including:
- Dogs & cats
- Birds, reptiles, rabbits
- Guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, chickens, and more

💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $180,000
Compensation is negotiable based on experience, skillset, and special interests.
