What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional atmosphere for both pets and their owners. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls and appointment scheduling
- Coordinating appointment confirmations and follow-up communication
- Assisting clients with questions regarding services, products, and prescriptions
- Processing payments and discussing treatment-related fees clearly and compassionately
- Maintaining accurate medical records and client communications
- Supporting client education on preventive care and general pet wellness
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment
What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits
