A well-established, AAHA-accredited hospital located in the vibrant southwest Chicago metro area is seeking a Medical Director to lead our high-performing team and take an already excellent practice to the next level.

💼 What You Can Expect
- Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 base + production bonus (negotiable based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
- Equity Gift: Hospital equity awarded after one year, with future buy-in options available
- Schedule: Flexible full-time or part-time schedule—your work-life balance matters
Hospital Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Sunday: Closed
